The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to private customers and restaurants. Different provisions apply to resale.
General
The Terms and Conditions form the basis of a fair customer relationship. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions. We do everything we can to serve our customers’ needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Reach
Our full range at www.admir-cafes.ch is intended for customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipments to other countries require prior approval.
Prices
All prices are per item in Swiss francs, including VAT. Price changes and limited-time promotions may occur at any time and do not require prior notice.
Payment
Our prices are net, payable within 30 days; cash discounts are not offered. The goods remain the property of Admir Cafés SA until the invoice is paid in full. Late payment interest may be charged for late payments. Admir Cafés SA reserves the right to charge reminder fees. All credit card payments are processed through Bs Payone. Bs Payone is a secure electronic payment solution for processing online payments over the Internet. The certified payment platform ensures simple and secure payment transactions for credit and debit cards, for both the store operator and the cardholder.
Order processing
After receiving the electronic order, the order is reviewed. Any changes will be communicated by phone or electronically within five business days.
Shipping and packaging fees
Delivery is made to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address of the recipient’s choosing. In general, the ordered goods are delivered on our behalf by truck, mail, or our own delivery service according to the following cost guidelines:

All express shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Products will be shipped as fast as possible.
Returns
Product quality must be checked as soon as delivered; after 5 days, delivery is considered approved.
Aucune indemnité ne sera versée pour les dommages résultant d’un stockage inapproprié.
Data protection
Customers’ personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with data protection laws and is neither shared with third parties nor sold. Sensitive data, including credit card payment information, is transmitted in encrypted form for authorization purposes. Only the data necessary to process the order and to streamline the online store experience for returning customers is stored.
Liability
Admir Cafés SA assumes no liability for non-delivery or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly provided delivery addresses, the recipient’s absence, customs issues (export), or events attributable to force majeure.
